Joan’s House

Our founder waited years to gut renovate her Sunnylea home. Working with TPM Custom Homes we planned a full renovation with addition. Everything was updated from wiring to millwork to flooring and we furnished the home with the perfect mix of vintage and new. The result is a timeless, functional retreat for Joan and her family.
