Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a confident designer who can lead projects from concept through completion, manage client relationships with ease while maintaining the firm’s design standards and vision.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Project Leadership

• Lead residential interior design projects from initial concept through installation

• Develop design concepts, space plans, material selections, and detailed specifications

• Produce and oversee design presentations, drawings, and documentation

• Ensure design intent is executed accurately through all phases of the project
  
  

Client Experience

• Serve as the primary point of contact for select clients

• Lead client meetings and presentations with professionalism and confidence

• Translate client needs and lifestyle preferences into cohesive, elevated design solutions

• Manage expectations, timelines, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle
  
  

Project Management

• Coordinate with architects, builders, trades, and vendors

• Review shop drawings, samples, and specifications

• Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on schedule

• Manage site visits and client questions on a regular basis
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional interior design experience, preferably in high-end residential

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field

• Strong portfolio demonstrating elevated, thoughtful residential work

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and design software
